**Customer Service Operative - Casual**
We are currently seeking enthusiastic and reliable Customer Service team members to join us at **Sunshine Plaza**. Whether you're starting out or building on existing experience, you'll receive full on-the-job training and work in a flexible, team-focused environment.
**Key Responsibilities**:
- Provide friendly and efficient customer service at the service desk and throughout the centre- Respond to phone enquiries in a courteous and professional manner- Assist customers with the purchase of Sunshine Plaza gift cards and the hire of mobility aids (wheelchairs and scooters)- Support centre management and contribute to marketing and promotional initiatives
**About You**:
- A positive, motivated, and detail-oriented approach to work- Strong communication skills, with confidence using computers and managing time effectively- A professional and well-presented personal appearance- Ability to work both independently and collaboratively within a team- A strong commitment to workplace health and safety standards
