Customer Service Operative - Casual

We are currently seeking enthusiastic and reliable Customer Service team members to join us at Sunshine Plaza. Whether you're starting out or building on existing experience, you'll receive full on-the-job training and work in a flexible, team-focused environment.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Provide friendly and efficient customer service at the service desk and throughout the centre
  • Respond to phone enquiries in a courteous and professional manner
  • Assist customers with the purchase of Sunshine Plaza gift cards and the hire of mobility aids (wheelchairs and scooters)
  • Support centre management and contribute to marketing and promotional initiatives
