Join **Rockpool Residential Aged Care**, a forward-thinking organisation committed to delivering safe, inclusive, and vibrant living environments for residents through exceptional care and services.
We are seeking a dedicated **Talent Acquisition Advisor** to join our Corporate Office on a full-time basis (38 hours/week).
**About the Role**:
**Responsibilities**:
**Workforce Planning, Attraction & Selection**
- Support Home managers in workforce planning and identifying staffing needs.
- Develop and execute attraction strategies in collaboration with key stakeholders.
- Manage recruitment advertising, monitor effectiveness, and adjust strategies proactively.
- Assist managers with developing position descriptions and conducting shortlisting, interviews, and reference checks.
**Onboarding**
- Support hiring managers through the onboarding of new employees.
- Process new hires in compliance with Rockpool's remuneration and governance requirements.
**Project Participation**
- Collaborate on internal HR and workforce projects that drive innovation and improvement.
**Workplace Health & Safety (WH&S)**
- Actively participate in maintaining a safe work environment, reporting hazards, and upholding infection control standards.
**Quality Improvement**
- Engage in audits, continuous improvement activities, and professional development initiatives.

**Essential Skills & Experience**:
- Bachelor of Business, HR, or a related discipline.
- Exceptional customer service orientation with excellent communication skills.
- Advanced skills in Microsoft Office Suite and HR systems.
- High-level attention to detail and time management capabilities.
- Proactive process improvement mindset and strong problem-solving skills.
- Ability to work collaboratively, showing empathy and professionalism.
**Desirable Attributes**:
- Experience recruiting in high-demand sectors.
- Familiarity with modern talent acquisition technologies and best practices.
