**Azure Dev**
**Ops**

**MUST HAVES**
- Integrated Azure Dev Ops Program Manager background
- Demonstrated Experience using Agile Methods to deliver complex projects.
- Demonstrated success in the delivery of a complex IT project portfolio.
- Advanced experience using Azure DevOps for tracking multiple teams.
- Demonstrated agile coaching experience and development of staff.
- 7+ years of Agile Delivery experience.
- Demonstrated ability to influence outcomes across various levels without direct line authority
- Demonstrated ability to lead multiple project delivery leads including effective reporting regime.
- Demonstrated success in managing multiple projects concurrently.
- Industry Project Certification. i.e.: PMBOK, PRINCE2, SCRUM, SAFE
- Excellent verbal, written and presentation communications skills.
- Strong business project financial acumen.

**_Program Management_**
- Maintain the Integration portfolio of projects in support of specific business strategies and objectives.
- Ensure Integration projects are initiated via the Demand Management Process and are formally closed with all financials reconciled and production support implemented, including service catalogue changes.
- Ensure project dependencies are identified, communicated, and mitigated.
- Recommend and implement corrective action by engaging and influencing IT management.
- Support project managers where required for issue resolution, risk identification and mitigation, and interventions.
- Support Performance & Reporting Managers in ensuring project management financial and reporting data is submitted as required.
- Identify where projects can be delayed or amalgamated to leverage resource, solution, or cost opportunities.
- Chair IT Steering Group meetings.
- Support IT Performance & PMO Support Manager with Health Assessments and Business Realisation Assessments.
- Support IT Change and Communications Manager to ensure projects have included change management and communication strategies.

**_Resource Management_**
- Lead the operation of the IT Project Management function.
- Ensure Team members are assigned projects for delivery ensuring required competency skills are appropriate to lead and deliver the project/s.
- Develop the Agile Project Management Community to promote and foster the discipline of agile project management within IT.
- Where project managers report directly to Product Managers assess competency and input into performance reviews.
- Project Managers reporting directly, ensure capability, growth and foster a support team environment

**Stand Outs**
- Tertiary qualifications in an IT or related discipline.
- Recognised qualifications in Project Management from a recognised professional body or institution e.g. PMI.
- 3+ years working in the Manufacturing sector.
- Program Management experience - Large & complex program management experience.
