We’re Retirement Your Way Group and we have a magnificent retirement community in Padstow Heights called Beauty Point Retirement Resort. And, we need _the _Personal Care Assistant of _all _personal care assistants.

Beauty Point Retirement Resort is the flagship of the Retirement Your Way Group, and a well established and well-loved retirement community located in Padstow Heights, overlooking the picturesque Georges River, offering the full range of quality facilities for residents along with onsite, HomeCare Your Way support and health services.

**About your Beauty Point role.**
The successful applicant’s role will focus on personal care including assisting older residents with their toileting, showering, dressing, and grooming along with hygiene and medication assistance. Your domestic duties will cover preparing meals, housekeeping and ensuring a safe environment for our clients. This is where your unflappable temperament and irrepressible personality comes into its own, connecting with clients and families, delivering a high quality of personalised and companion care, building strong relationships with our clients.

**You’ll have these requirements for the PCA role**:

- Qualifications (AINs - Certificate III - IV)
- Police clearance taken within 12 months’ time
- English speaking
- Previous experience as a medication competent AIN; Training will be available
- Team player
- Excellent communication skills: both verbal and written
- Computer literacy essential

**Your licences will include**:

- First aid (required)
- Australian national police check (required)
- Australian driver’s licence (preferred)
