As the **Assistant Store Manager**at Macpac Penrith, you’ll be the right hand to the Store Manager - helping drive commercial success while creating an inspiring, high-performance team culture. **What You’ll Be Doing**
- Coach, develop and motivate your team to achieve store goals, personal growth, and a strong team culture
- Lead all aspects of store operations, from managing stock deliveries, conducting regular cycle counts, and ensuring accurate inventory, to overseeing compliance and safety standards
- Drive omni-fulfilment excellence by leading your team to meet click & collect and ship-from-store SLAs, ensuring speed, accuracy, and seamless customer experiences
- Analyse sales and performance data to identify trends and opportunities that boost margin, conversion, and productivity
