**Introduction**:
Regis Resources is an ASX publicly listed Perth based gold production and exploration company with a proven management team with a successful track record of developing mid-sized gold operations. It is a purely Australian gold miner with operations in Western Australia and New South Wales.

The mine site locations are in the WA Goldfields region with multiple mining operations (both open pit and underground) as well as a number of satellite pits. This is an opportunity to join a high performing team, currently producing circa 400,000 oz. of gold per annum.

**Description**:
The Opportunity

Reporting to the Process Coordinator, we are currently seeking a Processing Supervisor to join the leadership team at our Garden Well operation. This is a FIFO role, on a 2:1 roster (continuous shift).

About the Role
- Provide strong safety leadership;
- Oversee the safe and efficient operation of the processing plant to ensure that a smooth and continual process is maintained at all times;
- Supervision and training of employees, ensuring they act safely and follow company policies and procedures;
- Coordinate the disposal of tailings, reagent receivables and storage;
- Achieve milling and crushing parameter set points;
- Ensure all plant data and information is accurately recorded on relevant log sheets;
- Identify continuous improvement opportunities for the plant and processes; and
- Identify and reporting maintenance requirements for the plant ensuring a safe and healthy work environment.

**Skills and Experiences**:
About You
- Previous experience as Process Shift Supervisor essential;
- 5+ years’ experience as a Process Technician with demonstrated leadership abilities and a Zero Harm focus;
- Be competent at operating all sections of the processing plant assigned in a safe manner;
- Competent and ticketed front-end loader, integrated tool carrier, skid steer and overhead travelling crane operator;
- You will be flexible, conscientious, possess excellent communication skills and lead effectively in a small team environment; and
- Hold a current WA class C manual drivers licence.
