- Support the team in delivering consistent, high-quality food production and presentation
- Carry out food preparation tasks efficiently and in line with presentation guidelines
- Keep all work areas clean, hygienic, and organised at all times
- Follow strict food safety and hygiene practices, avoiding cross-contamination
- Assist with dishwashing and general cleaning duties as required
- Report any maintenance, hygiene, or safety hazards promptly
- Work collaboratively with other departments and maintain strong team relationships
- Contribute to achieving departmental targets and service standards
- Be flexible and willing to work across breakfast, lunch, and dinner shifts

**Qualifications**
- Previous experience working in a kitchen, ideally with some exposure to Italian cuisine (desirable but not essential)
- A willingness to learn new skills and support the culinary team
- Strong communication skills and a positive, professional attitude
- Energy, motivation and reliability in a fast-paced environment
- Attention to detail and commitment to hygiene, safety, and food quality standards
- Availability to work predominantly evening shifts across 7 days a week and approximately 30 hours a week
- A strong team spirit and the ability to work well with others
- Trade qualification or relevant hospitality training is an advantage, but not required
