**A little taste of your day-to-day**:

- Cleaning and sterilising countertops, walls, stoves, ovens, grills, sinks and cooking equipment
- Maintaining food storage areas like freezers and refrigerators
- Receiving and organising deliveries to the kitchen
- Supporting the chefs and other kitchen staff in basic food preparation, cutting, peeling, and washing
- Removing kitchen waste and washing dirty dishes

**What we need from you**:

- Passion for delivering great service
- Sound communication skills, both written and verbal
- Experience working in a busy environment and working to deadlines
- Willingness to learn new things and work as part of a wider, diverse hotel team
