The Role:
We’re on the hunt for **motivated, physically fit individuals** to join our high-energy Sheet Metal team as **Brake Press Operators**. Whether you’ve got previous experience or are just starting your career, we’ll provide all the **training** you need to succeed and grow with us.

As part of our team, you’ll:

- Master the art of **sheet metal fabrication** while working with cutting-edge **CNC Brake Press, Pipe, and Laser** machines.
- Produce high-quality, precision-engineered products that make a real impact in the 4WD world.
- Gain exposure to all aspects of the manufacturing process in a fast-paced, team-oriented environment.

What We’re Looking For:

- **No experience? No problem** We’ll train you to read **engineering drawings** and operate modern machinery.
- Previous exposure to **sheet metal fabrication** is great, but a **can-do attitude** and **eagerness to learn** are what matter most
- Strong **attention to detail**, a passion for quality, and a safety-first mindset.
- **Reliability, punctuality, and basic computer skills** are a must - we work smart and efficiently
- Ready to bring your energy, enthusiasm, and positive attitude to the team.
