**About the role**
- Technical Support & Data Analysis: Assist vineyard managers and Grower Relations by analyzing field data, yields, nutrition, and viticulture challenges.
- Operational & Staff Management: Supervise vineyard operations, oversee contractors, and manage resources for efficiency and quality.
- Planning & Project Coordination: Develop weekly operational plans, execute technical programs, and lead vineyard improvements.
- Compliance & Safety: Maintain TWE HSE standards, ensure legal adherence, and participate in hazard identification and risk management.
- Financial Oversight: Support budgeting, monitor expenses, and optimize cost efficiency.
- Industry Engagement & Continuous Improvement: Partner with industry leaders, drive innovation, and integrate best viticulture practices.Workplace Culture & Employee Well-being: Uphold company values, support employee safety, and ensure effective return-to-work programs.

**About you**

You bring strong technical skills and a solid understanding of operations, ensuring efficiency and innovation. With proven leadership qualities, you inspire teams and drive success:

- Extensive knowledge of viticulture, combining practical vineyard operations with technical expertise
- A strong leader, you will have an inquisitive mind and be a strong collaborator. This is a prime opportunity to help direct reports grow their knowledge and technical ability
- Tertiary qualifications in Viticulture, Science or strong relevant experience
- Excellent communicator, both written and verbalComputer literacy particularly in Microsoft Word, Excel and Outlook
