A bit about your role
The Planning, Design & Completions (PDC) Specialist plays a critical role in delivering planning and design solutions across the N2P, Flip and RCP/RCIF programs, utilising various systems and tools to deliver optimal outcomes. You will follow standardised processes and workflows in order to meet program timeframes and targets.
Working both autonomously and with others, you will be responsible for end-to-end planning and design activities which include complex network and capacity planning, quality control and governance of detailed design documentation. You will play a key role in the knowledge and capability uplift across internal and external stakeholders including Service Delivery Partners. In this role you will act as the Subject Matter Expert (SME), providing in-depth problem solving and technical support functions, with accountabilities for decisions on complex solutioning.
A bit about you
The PDC Specialist will be strong communicator, have the proven ability to collaborate with stakeholders to drive outcomes whilst managing changing priorities and environments. You will be a forward-thinker with the ability to think outside the box, with an aptitude for solutioning complex problems relating to network and infrastructure. Ideally you will have experience in the preparation and delivery of training and enablement materials to all knowledge levels.
