Crescent Respite is a renowned provider of disability support services in the Oak Park area. We are on a mission to empower individuals with disabilities to lead fulfilling lives and actively participate in their communities. As we continue to expand our services, we are seeking dedicated and compassionate Disability Support Workers to join our team.

**Key Responsibilities**
- Provide one-on-one support to individuals with disabilities in various settings, including their homes and within the community.
- Assist with daily living activities, such as personal care, meal preparation, manual handling, medication administration and household tasks.
- Foster independence and encourage skill development in areas like communication, mobility, and socialization.
- Establish strong and meaningful relationships with clients and their families, creating a supportive and inclusive environment.
- Maintain accurate records and document progress as required.

**Mandatory Requirements**
- Certificate III or above in Disability Support or similar
- Driver’s License
- Victorian NDIS Worker Screening Check
- Satisfactory National Police Certificate obtained within the last 6 months.
- First Aid Certificate and CPR
- Victorian Working with Children’s Check
