As we continue to expand our services, we are seeking dedicated and compassionate Disability Support Workers to join our team.

**Key Responsibilities**
- Provide one-on-one support to individuals with disabilities in various settings, including their homes and within the community.
- Assist with daily living activities, such as personal care, meal preparation, manual handling, medication administration and household tasks.
- Foster independence and encourage skill development in areas like communication, mobility, and socialization.
- Establish strong and meaningful relationships with clients and their families, creating a supportive and inclusive environment.
- Maintain accurate records and document progress as required.

**Mandatory Requirements**
- Certificate III or above in Disability Support or similar
- Driver’s License
- Victorian NDIS Worker Screening Check
- Satisfactory National Police Certificate obtained within the last 6 months.
- First Aid Certificate and CPR
- Victorian Working with Children’s Check
