**You'll learn**:

**Marketing & Communications**:
**Administrative Duties**:

- Take meeting minutes, manage shared inboxes, and support the finalization of business cases.
- Ensure brand compliance, generate reports, and collaborate on departmental documentation.

**Events Management**:

- Maintain the events calendar, manage event inventory, coordinate travel for event participants, and help with event reporting and risk assessments.

**Membership Services**:

- Support members, manage the CRM for membership data, conduct member outreach, and report on membership trends.
- Schedule content across platforms and respond to social media inquiries.
- Assist with onboarding new team members to department processes.

In this role, you’ll gain valuable skills in:

- **Organization & Attention to Detail**: Efficient task management and record-keeping
- **CRM & Database Management**: Hands-on experience managing data and supporting member communications
- **Communication**: Crafting messages, engaging with members, and team collaboration
- **Cross-Functional Collaboration**: Working with other departments and managing print and merchandise requests
- **Event Management**: Planning, coordinating logistics, and managing vendors
- **Problem-Solving & Multitasking**: Proactively addressing issues and balancing multiple tasks in a dynamic environment

**You'll be**:

- A clear communicator - verbal and written
- **Be committed to completing a 24-month Business traineeship**:

- Be familiar with computers, Microsoft Word and Outlook
- Have work experience in Administration & office support or customer service experience
- Be an Australian or New Zealand citizen or permanent resident
- HSC
