Our fed government client is seeking an EL1 IGP Performance Manager to join the team.***

**Key Responsibilities**:

- Track and monitor program and adviser performance, ensuring quality of advice and service delivery.
- Support the development, implementation, and continuous improvement of performance frameworks and Standard Operating Procedures (SoPs).
- Conduct routine human resource and stakeholder management functions, including cohort reporting, governance, and quarterly performance meetings.
- Identify, report, and resolve performance issues, providing proactive intervention and support as needed.
- Serve as a trusted adviser to the leadership team on sensitive or complex people matters, including performance and conduct.
- Contribute to developing a culture and resources for advisers to align their goals with contract and program expectations.

**Ideally, you will have**:

- Bachelor's degree in human resources, Business Administration, or a related field (desirable but not essential)
- Proven experience in performance management or a related role.
- Strong analytical skills with the ability to interpret data and identify trends.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to work independently and prioritize tasks effectively.
- Knowledge of human resource principles and practices.
- Experience in stakeholder management and collaboration.
