Hudson RPO is thrilled to invite you to express your interest to join a very new solution partnering with a global player within the consumer sector.

Please note this will be a hybrid working arrangement and you will need to work onsite a minimum of 3 days a week ( Melbourne CBD skirts).

**What you will be doing**:

- As the SME for both employment brand and strategic talent sourcing, you will create and deliver strategic talent sourcing plans and recruitment marketing campaigns that attract the very best talent ensuring our client a competitive advantage in the market
- Leading a team of 2 Talent Sourcing Specialists, you will develop innovative sourcing strategies, owning these strategic sourcing plans and remaining hands on as you will actively undertake sourcing activities for more senior and business critical roles
- Work with both your sourcing team and the wider TA function to continuously upskill their talent sourcing capabilities
- Partner with Marketing to optimise recruitment marketing best practices and to ensure alignment to EVP
- Develop and manage recruitment social media and careers channels and all social advertising campaigns related to TA including writing content, posting and optimisation
- Own and manage the relationships with a variety of sourcing channels (ie Seek, LI)
- Establish, leverage and report on key metrics to support campaign direction and channel usage. Review and analyse data to evaluate campaign effectiveness, identify trends, and recommend opportunities for continuous improvement

**Who you are**:

- An experienced Hudson RPO Leader with specific experience in strategic talent sourcing and a passion and natural affinity for employment brand, excited by an opportunity to lead both programs
- Strong relationship manager with exceptional influencing and story telling capability
- A strategic thinker, you have the creative ability to translate TA strategies into effective results driven campaigns
- A good knowledge and understanding of design tools, campaign materials and effective digital and traditional recruitment marketing channels and mediums
- A strong people leader, you have a proven track record in motivating, supporting and developing your team
- You are energised to take on this challenging new role, you are positive and passionate about RPO and the amazing impact an onsite solution can deliver for our clients. You focus on adding value and delivering results
