**Responsibility outline**:
**- The Store Leader is responsible for day to day running of their showroom.
- The main function of the Store leader is to ensure the smooth operations of the business, a high-performing & engaged showroom team, and the maintenance of the highest possible standards for the Brand.
- The Store Leader will need to ensure that their teams are empowered with the tools they need to be successful brand ambassadors and are armed with up-to-date product and operational knowledge.
- This is achieved through mastery of processes and providing frequent feedback and training for all team members.
**Store Leadership**- Take ownership of all showroom operations, your staff, and the showroom environment- Work with other store leaders, and broader leadership team, to identify areas for improvement for store operations- Define SOPs for store operations (e.g. checking paper and stationery levels, store cleaning checklists, customer / customer care liaison)- Ensure quality standards are maintained:
- Store Layout-
- Music-
- Team member clothing-
- Punctuality-
- Customer engagement-
- Delegate in-store tasks where appropriate- Ensure team members are always up-to-date with any operational changes of the business- Perform monthly care product stocktake and ordering- Manage store printing requirements (swing tickets, business cards, sale signs, etc)- Order stationery, cleaning products and other miscellaneous items for the showroom as needed- Ensure the showroom is clean and tidy at all times- Identify opportunities for projects for team members to engage with in down-time in store- Ensure focus is retained on core responsibilities over additional projects- Manage geographically based activities in Pipedrive, including B2B Follow-up, Interiors Consultations, Quotations, and Sample requests- Remain flexible to additional activities that arise under the overall remit of store leadership

**Onboarding & Training**- Ensure appropriate access to in-store computers has been set-up ahead of joining- Ensure new recruits are set up on all internal platforms (Basecamp, Slack, Gmail, Calendar invites, Asana, Neto, Zip, Pipedrive, Sococo, KeyPay)- Guide through face to face product knowledge training, how to navigate neto, coassemble training, articulation of the business model, what each internal platform's purpose is and storytelling- Guide new recruits through the 3-month checklist, ensuring all elements have been covered before the 3 month review- Create training programmes for individual staff members, and action plans for the delivery of this training.- Work with other store leaders and leadership to continuously raise our game with regards to training and performance

**Performance Management**- Conduct regular check ins and performance reviews- Alert leadership team of upcoming reviews and work anniversaries- Effectively handle misconduct and underperformance by providing constructive feedback, leading by example, and setting in place structures to ensure quality is maintained- Alert leadership to serious misconduct and issues- Provide feedback to leadership regarding the progress of team members

**Rostering**Ensure store is appropriately staffed at all times- Coordinate replacements and fill-ins for irregular staffing events (holidays, sick-days, etc)- Ensure part timers have submitted time sheets prior to payday

**Team Performance / Leadership**- Leading by example with a positive attitude- Provide ongoing support for team members though continuous training & constructive feedback- Drive our company values by being an ambassador for our company culture- Nurture your team's strengths - find out where they thrive- Coach team members on achieving goals and developing necessary skills by offering feedback and demonstrating the desired skills and expected work ethic- Encourage team engagement on Slack, Basecamp & other collaborative platforms- Promote a sense of curiosity and a genuine love of people.
