**Role Expectations**:As a valued member of the Front of House or Bar Team at Vapiano, your primary focus will be to deliver a warm, welcoming, and memorable experience for every guest. You will play a key role in maintaining the energy and atmosphere of the restaurant, ensuring high standards of service, cleanliness, and teamwork at all times.

Whether you're greeting guests, serving at the bar, or supporting table service, your attention to detail, positive attitude, and commitment to excellent hospitality will help create a vibrant and enjoyable environment for both customers and colleagues.

This role includes the core responsibilities expected in any guest-facing position, and we’ll share more about specific expectations and training during the interview and onboarding process.

**Key Responsibilities**:

- Deliver friendly, attentive, and professional service to ensure every guest feels welcomed and valued.
- Support smooth day-to-day operations by staying organized, communicating effectively, and working closely with your team.
- Maintain high standards of cleanliness, presentation, and product quality across all areas of the front of house and bar.
- Proactively handle guest feedback and concerns in a positive, solution-focused manner.
- Contribute to a supportive and collaborative team environment by being reliable, respectful, and engaged.
- Take pride in your role, showing energy, initiative, and a genuine passion for great hospitality.
