You will assist the Principal Accountant, CDG Finance in the delivery of a range of finance and technology solutions and to provide administrative and support services to facilitate the efficient and effective operation of the Customer and Digital Group finance systems and processes across the Division by: - providing user support and advice to internal and external stakeholders on a range of finance systems and services initiatives. undertaking systems administration tasks including user access, master data creation and maintenance and exception reporting. supporting the administration of divisional banking arrangements to ensure operational banking requirements are regularly reviewed and updated and business partner requests are actioned. managing, monitoring and reporting of corporate card activities which supports business partner operations, and ensures adherence to departmental policies and procedures. assisting with the implementation of system enhancements and process changes as required by identifying organisational issues, developing recommendations for review and assisting in implementing approved strategies. supporting a program of controls monitoring and reporting activities that support the CFO Assurance Framework. assisting with reviews of departmental policies, procedures and delegations which will deliver appropriate management processes across the division, aligned with the whole-of-Government policies. participating in regular team meetings and support team initiatives and members.The role description will outline any qualifications, licences and specific requirements of the role.
