**The Opportunity**

Gentrack APAC are currently hiring a **Salesforce Technical Analyst **to focus on customer delivery**.**

As a Technical Analyst, you will champion the Salesforce & Gentrack partnership and the customer value it can deliver. This is an exceptional opportunity for an amazing Technical Analyst to join a world class global R&D team focused on Delivering Tomorrow Today

**The Specifics**
- Work with the Business Analyst to understand customer requirements
- Translate requirements into solutions using the Gentrack Product and Salesforce configuration
- Configure custom objects, fields, page layouts and permissions
- Develop user and system processes using flow and the Gentrack Product
- Coordinate system and integration testing to ensure quality and consistency
- Document functionality and configurations
- Administer multiple environments used for different stages of the SDLC
- Maintain a good understanding of new platform features and functionality

**Experience / Knowledge**
- 2+ years experience working with the Salesforce platform
- Strong focus on user experience
- Experience with custom objects and custom metadata
- Experience with Salesforce Flow and other automation tools
- Experience with Approval processes
- Knowledge of Integration technologies and API callouts from Salesforce
- Knowledge of Salesforce Industries including E&U cloud (desirable)
- Strong business analysis and functional understanding
- Experience with various levels of testing (system, integration, end-to-end)
- Experience with version control and CI/CD (desirable)
- Salesforce Administrator Certification (desirable)
