**Who We Are**

Zinfra is a leading partner in the design, build, operation and maintenance of Australia’s energy and utilities infrastructure. Delivering a $1B portfolio annually, the work we do is essential to bringing energy to our communities safely and reliably, while powering the nation’s energy transition. With a diverse workforce of more than 2,300, we expertly deliver our services across Australia.

**About the role**

We’re looking for a Site Supervisor (Field Scoper / Planner) to help coordinate and deliver essential electrical works across the ACT. This role is a great fit for someone with an electrical trade background who enjoys being out in the field, working closely with crews, and making sure jobs are scoped, planned, and delivered safely and efficiently. You’ll be responsible for preparing work packages, managing subcontractors, and supporting crews with everything they need to get the job done right. If you’re organised, safety-focused, and confident working with people, then we would love to hear from you.

**Key Responsibilities include**
- Scope and plan work packages for field crews, ensuring all required resources, subcontractors, and safety measures are in place before work begins
- Coordinate and deliver work packages to crews, ensuring clear communication and alignment with project timelines and safety standards
- Lead crews on-site throughout the day by actively guiding and supporting them to ensure safe and efficient delivery
- Lead daily pre-starts on site to set the tone for safety, clarity, and productivity, ensuring everyone is aligned and ready to deliver
- Liaise with the Construction Manager and other stakeholders to plan outages, manage access, and support smooth project delivery
- Ensure quality assurance and ITP processes are followed, and that all completed works are accurately captured for invoicing and close-out
- Manage subcontractors on-site, ensuring they meet safety, quality, and performance expectations
- Support compliance with safety and environmental standards, conducting site checks and promoting a safety-first culture
- Use your field knowledge to identify risks, solve problems, and keep projects moving efficiently

**About You**

You’ve got a solid electrical background and a strong understanding of what it takes to get the job done right in the field. You’re organised, safety-focused, and confident working with crews, clients, and contractors to keep things on track.
- An electrical trade qualification (essential), as well as at least 5 years’ experience in the electrical industry
- Previous experience in planning, scoping, and/or leading field crews
- Strong understanding of subcontractor disciplines and job requirements
- Good communication and stakeholder management skills
- A proactive approach to following processes and ensuring quality
- A current driver’s licence
