**The Opportunity**

We are looking to appoint an experienced Production Supervisor to oversee daily operations in our Hume factory. This is a great opportunity for a dynamic individual with a track record of working in a manufacturing environment to join the team.

**Key Responsibilities**
- Lead the continual development of Safety Culture across the area of responsibility
- Drive the LEAN and continuous improvement
- Maintain timely production schedules and communicate issues or delays
- Daily production completion to our high-quality standards
- Identification and elimination of causes of lost productivity
- Management of employees and staff work allocation (18 direct reports)
- Leadership and guidance to factory operatives ensuring performance levels are always maintained
- Improve engagement and culture through leadership, training and being a good mentor for the production teams

**About You**
- 3 - 5 years of previous supervisory experience within a manufacturing environment
- Experience in or exposure to, Lean Manufacturing principles
- Strong leadership skills with an ability to motivate your employees
- WHS exposure with a focus on Zero Harm at all times and at all costs
- Excellent communication skills with the ability to build instant rapport
- Valid Forklift Licence (highly desirable), training and certification can be provided
