As the **Finance Business Partner** at HBF you will join our Finance Business Partnering team in working closely with key business stakeholders to deliver high-impact financial insights that drive strategic decisions.

You will be integral in shaping the future direction of the business, using your commercial knowledge and problem-solving skills to navigate complex challenges and deliver exceptional value while showcasing your expertise in financial analysis, reporting, and forecasting.

**What you’ll do**
**Support Strategic Decision-Making**:Assist in analysing financial results and preparing insights that contribute to commercial and strategic initiatives.

**Collaborate Across Teams**:Work closely with senior finance business partners and operational stakeholders to understand business needs and provide financial support.

**Contribute to Budgeting and Forecasting**:Help coordinate budgeting and forecasting cycles, ensuring timely and accurate inputs and analysis.

**Enhance Reporting and Processes**:Assist in streamlining reporting tools and financial processes to improve clarity and efficiency.

**Monitor Financial Performance**:Support tracking of financial outcomes and help identify opportunities for improvement in alignment with business goals.
