Learning Content Designer

**What’s your purpose**:
To create workshops in design and technology disciplines such as HCD, data analytics, digital foundations and customer experience.
**What you’ll do**:
- Using learning/instructional design principles, you will develop workshop materials, including learning content, activities, toolkits and other ancillary resources
- Interpret technical materials for learning purposes
- Engage, consult with, manage and collaborate with SMEs across the development process
- Create rich media course content in collaboration with creative media contractors and SMEs (video, written content, audio, dynamic and static visual assets, infographics etc)
- Quality-check course work for clarity, flow, accuracy, usability and accessibility
- Collaborate with Xi delivery team to develop product specifications documentation and timelines.
- Develop any necessary operational or “back of house” learning support documentation (facilitator guides, templates, onboarding instructions) and processes

A common-sense problem-solver who thinks creatively but pragmatically. As well as results-focused and highly motivated; continuously striving to deliver quality experiences and products
Essential technical skills:
- Digital/eLearning and in person instructional design across a variety of short course/workshop formats
- Ability to break down complex technological concepts into simple, easy-to-understand course content
- Understanding of design thinking principles
- Experience with LMS technology
- Strong collaboration skills, particularly managing SMEs and contractors
- Sophisticated/high-level written communication skills
- Strong project management skills
- Research skills
