Our client is an established mid-tier firm with a great reputation and a beautiful modern office based in the CBD.

This opportunity is to join a busy Commercial Litigation practice group providing support to a friendly, caring and experienced Litigation Principle. They take pride in rewarding staff and encouraging a friendly and inclusive firm culture. This role will bring you lots of variety and exciting challenges.

They are offering 1 day working from home a week, career development opportunities, social events along with many other amazing benefits. It is easy to fit right into this firm

**Responsibilities will include**:

- Drafting of court documents and correspondence
- Diary management and scheduling appointments
- Dicta-typing
- Monthly billing and account management
- Opening and closing files
- General Administrative duties (scanning, filing, copying and printing)
- Answering and directing phone calls (clients)
- Ad hoc general administration support for other Lawyers

**About you**

This role is perfect for you if you have a background in litigation and enjoy working with a team that have a passion for what they do.

You will be organised and ideally have three years’ dispute resolution or litigation secretarial experience in a law firm.
