**The Role**

**Learning & Development Advisor**

This role is responsible for designing, developing, and delivering learning and capability programs across Adbri to improve performance and support business-wide growth. You will also manage and optimise our Learning Management System (LMS) and create engaging digital learning content.

This role is located in **Adelaide, SA** and you will be required to travel **across operational sites in South Australia**.

**Responsibilities**

- Design and deliver learning programs across digital, virtual and face-to-face channels
- Create interactive learning content using authoring tools (Articulate 360, Rise, Captivate)
- Manage and maintain the Learning Management System (LMS), including data accuracy and reporting
- Analyse learning data to drive continuous improvement and measurable capability outcomes

**What you will need to succeed**

- Experience in L&D, training coordination, or instructional design
- Hands-on experience with LMS administration
- Proven ability to build eLearning using Storyline, Rise or similar tools
- Strong communication and ability to simplify complex content
- Strong project management skills and attention to detail
- Desirable:_

Experience within safety-critical or operational environments, knowledge of SCORM/xAPI standards, familiarity with AI content tools, and TAE40122 or equivalent.
