**Your Opportunity**
We are seeking a dynamic and experienced professional to lead the design, delivery, and continuous improvement of our Graduate and Internship Learning Programs across our Asia Pacific ANZ region. This role plays a pivotal part in shaping the early careers experience, fostering innovation, and ensuring alignment with strategic talent development goals across the business. Reporting to the Regional Talent Development lead, you’ll also contribute to broader Talent initiatives and collaborate cross-functionally to support evolving priorities. This is a part-time role to be based in Adelaide, South Australia. You will have the opportunity to manage and invovle in:
Graduate Program
- Design the region wide annual Graduate learning calendar and facilitate non-technical workshops.
- Coach SMEs to deliver impactful technical and professional learning.
- Deliver the annual graduate innovation event - Festival of Wild Ideas
- Upskill graduate people managers and coach the regional graduate committee.
- Manage graduate learning via LMS and lead external benchmarking (e.g. AAGE).
Internship Program
- Develop structured learning programs and facilitate workshops.
- Coach SMEs for technical learning delivery.
Attraction & Onboarding
- Build university partnerships and coordinate open houses and assessment centres.
**About You**
- Proven experience in program design and facilitation within a learning or talent development context.
- Strong stakeholder engagement and coaching skills.
- Familiarity with LMS platforms and HR systems.
- Experience in event planning is highly desirable.
- Passion for early careers development
