**About the Opportunity**
We currently have an exciting opportunity for a Customer Support Representative to join our Tom Price team. This position is based upon an 8/6 roster however a 4/3 roster will be required from time to time depending on site and panel alignment.

Moving between client sites you will be the first point of contact for our company, trusted to be the integral link for supporting globally renowned major accounts and valued customers as well as providing additional support when required.
As a brand ambassador, you will enjoy being personally connected to promoting Hitachi's service and parts components to deliver total customer satisfaction and ensuring a high degree of service and support is maintained.
- Above all else,_ your personality and charismatic character will be what sets you apart from the rest when dealing with internal and external stakeholders to deliver customer success stories.

- Technical Knowledge - Trusted to provide holistic technical advice on hydraulics and mechanical components for Hitachi's excavator fleet
- Project Coordination - Committed to meeting deadlines through planning and execution of shutdowns, working collaboratively with the Service Department to meet and exceed customer expectations
- Trade Qualified - Minimum Certificate III in Mechanical Engineering or related heavy diesel qualifications
- Leadership - Positively enabling the partnership by actively chasing improvement opportunities and timely resolution of queries
- Personable and Professional Communication Skills - Communication and self-organization will be your strength as you plan and prepare relevant documentation related to machine performance, customer products, workmanship, warranty and diagnostic information
