We are seeking an experienced **Senior ETL Analyst** to support the planning and execution of testing activities for key projects and Business As Usual (BAU) initiatives. This is an exciting opportunity to join a collaborative team and contribute to the successful delivery of high-impact solutions in a data-driven environment.

**Key Responsibilities**:

- Lead and execute testing phases for assigned projects or BAU streams.
- Develop and manage Test Plans, Test Readiness Reviews, Status Reports, and Test Completion Reports.
- Collaborate effectively with onshore and offshore teams to ensure timely, cost-effective, and quality delivery.
- Design test data, execute tests, and analyze results to verify software meets business and technical requirements.
- Ensure all test activities are thoroughly documented, with issues tracked and resolved.
- Proactively manage testing-related risks and issues.

**Key Requirements**:
**Must Have**:

- 8+ years of hands-on testing experience.
- Proven experience in **Business Intelligence and Data Warehouse testing**, specifically in a **Hadoop Data Hub environment**.
- Strong expertise in **SQL** and testing data flow across data layers.
- Deep understanding of **data quality, data integrity, data reconciliation**, and reporting validation.
- Knowledge of Data Warehouse data models and ability to create comprehensive test scenarios and test cases.
- Excellent analytical, problem-solving, and communication (written & verbal) skills.

**Preferred**:

- Experience working in **Agile teams**.
- Exposure to **CI/CD practices** and **test automation tools**.

**Job Types**: Full-time, Permanent, Contract
Contract length: 12 months

Pay: $63,426.30 - $100,000.00 per year
