Role Overview:

We are seeking an experienced MDM Tester to support the LEAD project, focusing on validating and ensuring high-quality master data. The role involves testing data profiling, ETL processes, data quality, and integration with upstream and downstream systems while adhering to governance standards.

Key Responsibilities:

• Perform
  data profiling and analysis
  to ensure source data quality, completeness, and consistency.
• Conduct
  ETL testing
  to validate data extraction, transformation, and loading processes.
• Perform
  data quality testing
  , checking for duplicates, missing values, incorrect formats, and validation rules.
• Test
  matching and merging logic
  , including entity resolution, survivorship rules, and golden record creation.
• Ensure
  data governance and lineage
  compliance for traceability and audit purposes.
• Conduct
  API testing
  of MDM services (CRUD operations) using tools like Postman or SoapUI.
• Write and execute
  SQL queries
  to validate data across systems.
• Perform
  integration testing
  with ERP, CRM, and other upstream/downstream systems.
• Automate regression and validation tests using
  Selenium, Python, or custom scripts
  .
• Validate
  metadata management
  , definitions, and hierarchies.

Skills & Tools:

• MDM & ETL Tools:
  Informatica MDM, Informatica PowerCenter
• Testing Tools:
  Postman, SoapUI, Selenium
• Database & Scripting:
  SQL, Python
• Others:
  Strong understanding of data governance, lineage, and quality standards

Experience:
5+ years in MDM testing or related data management projects.
