**Position Overview**:
**Responsibilities**:

- Create and serve a variety of cocktails and other alcoholic beverages, following recipes and maintaining quality.
- Engage with customers in a friendly and professional manner, taking orders and providing recommendations when needed.
- Maintain cleanliness and organization of the bar area, including equipment and supplies.
- Monitor inventory levels and replenish supplies as needed, while minimizing waste.
- Adhere to all safety and sanitation regulations, ensuring a clean and safe environment for both staff and customers.
- Collaborate with other team members to ensure smooth operation of the bar and overall restaurant.

**Requirements**:

- Proven experience as a Bartender in a fast-paced restaurant or café environment.
- Extensive knowledge of cocktail preparation.
- Strong customer service skills with the ability to engage and interact with guests in a positive manner.
- Excellent communication and teamwork abilities.
- Attention to detail and ability to multitask in a high-pressure environment.
- Certification in responsible alcohol service (RSA) is MUST.
- Flexibility to work evenings, weekends, and holidays as needed.
