About the role:
The Maroochy RSL is looking for dedicated and attentive staff to join our team

As a member of our gaming team, you will help to cater to our guests needs with attention and care. Our team is comprised of individuals with a passion for customer service and consideration for their fellow staff members.

You will be expected to perform the following tasks:

- Clearly communicate while taking orders for food and beverages.
- Effortlessly handle gaming and cash transactions while preserving member privacy and cash security.
- Keeping the work area clean and orderly.
- Providing members and guests with prompt beverage service.
- Providing quick, welcoming assistance with machines or loyalty programs and customer-focused advice to members and visitors.

About you:
As someone with prior experience in hospitality or another job that entails serving customers, you should have a passion for providing excellent customer service as well as a willingness to build long-term connections with guests.

You should be able to operate both independently and cooperatively as a member of our team. You must also have the flexibility to work shifts 4-6 days a week, including on holidays.

To be effective in this role, you must have the following abilities and competencies:

- Experience in managing a diverse demography
- The capacity to build a trusting relationship with customers
- Proven organizational and time management skills
- Exceptional service and personal presentation

**Requirements**:

- Previous experience in a customer-facing environment is preferred.
- Certificate of Responsible Service of Alcohol (can acquire after employment)
- Responsible Service of Gaming (can acquire after employment)
