Our client is seeking PCAs from all levels of experience to provide support to their clients within the comfort of their home in Melbourne's South Region - ensuring the highest quality of care is provided, with a range of services and activities supporting their emotional and physical well-being.

You will be required to provide clinical and emotional support to the residents, observing changes in residents’ conditions and escalating any concerns accordingly.

**THE ROLE**:

- Supporting clients within their homes in Melbourne's Southern Region
- Deliver high-quality care to residents
- Provide personal care to residents with complex needs such as palliative care, dementia support and restorative care
- Commitment to a Person-Centred model of care
- Ensure quality of equipment, clothing and other personal items for residents

**Requirements/Skills**
- Certificate III in Individual Support, or equivalent (Aged Care)
- Full Australian Working Rights
- Vaccinated against COVID-19
- Full Australian Drivers License & personal vehicle
- Experience working in a residential Aged Care setting
