**The Role**:

**You will**:
- Conduct full-scale SEO audit (technical, on-page, and off-page) on both mobile and desktop website versions to provide recommendations for improvement in key areas such as keyword optimisation on meta tags and images, content quality, and link building.
- Lead the diagnosis and analysis of site architecture, user experience issues and opportunities, indexation performance, and support other teams with targeting opportunities.
- Build local and offshore SEO team
- Hero your team’s SEO product including implementation, quality of outputs, reporting, and day to day communications.
- Take the lead in engaging your clients to ensure satisfaction with their day-to-day product experience
- Shaping the execution of campaign implementations and optimisations, leveraging support of SEO Assistants where applicable
- Building and nurturing strong client, partner and internal agency relationships across specified accounts
- Providing a unique contribution to proposals, case studies & knowledge share sessions
- Building expertise in developing new SEO strategies, roadmaps and timelines for prospective clients
- Taking full ownership of your clients’ SEO results and have a growth plan in action
- Integrate on-page and off-page SEO (link building) with content marketing, social media marketing, and digital PR initiatives
- Benchmark and measure customer trends, for a range of product and technology portfolios to ensure organic performance and an excellent customer experience. With a particular focus on inbound traffic, conversion points, content planning, ranking, and indexation
- Implement local and international SEO techniques across local (Google My Business listings) and international websites.
- Staying on top of emerging technology and changes in the industry. Keep up to date with the latest trends and techniques to deliver content and SEO strategy.
- Excellent communication skills - being able to both interpret and convey information in a clear, concise way. All stakeholders are provided with the information they need to move forward in a timely manner.
**About You**:
- Minimum 4+ years of experience working in SEO and a Digital agency.
- A degree in either Marketing/IT or Digital
- Experience managing teams.
- Proven ability to deliver SEO analysis and insights in a fast-paced environment
- Proven experience excelling in a client facing role
- Familiarity with relevant tools (e.g. Screaming Frog, SEMrush, DeepCrawl) and web analytics tools (e.g. Google Analytics, BrightEdge, Adobe Analytics)
- Proven ability to develop a customized SEO strategy to meet a client’s business objectives
- Proven track record with SEO deliverables including Keyword Research, Content Gap Analysis, Competitor Analysis, Information Architecture)
- Experience across CRO and/or eCommerce would be advantageous
- Proven ability to deliver SEO analysis and insights in a fast-paced environment
- Outstanding ability to think creatively, strategically and identify and resolve problems
- Attention to detail and the ability to effectively multi-task in a deadline-driven atmosphere
- Ability to explain complex strategies, data, or concepts simply.
- High levels of integrity, autonomy, and self-motivation
- Perform crawls on prospective client websites to discover data necessary for proposals
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills
- Inquisitive and growth mindset.
- Conduct ongoing professional research and education, staying up to date on industry trends
- A functional understanding of HTML and CSS
- The ability to work with back-end SEO elements such as.htaccess, robots.txt, metadata, site speed optimisation, and related skills
