- A great opportunity for a **Fitter** to join our fully geared **Defence Maintenance Contract** team based at South Guildford WA, located east of Perth.
- As a **Fitter** you will report to the Technical Supervisor, you will perform all trade-related tasks associated with the maintenance and repair of exciting **Defence boats and equipment**. You will also be operating machinery and assist in maintenance and construction tasks as required.

**About the role**
- Undertake major overhauls and authorised modifications to Marine assets
- Perform maintenance, servicing, repairs and preventative maintenance on Marine assets
- Reassemble, test, clean and adjust repaired or replaced parts

**About you**
- Trade Certificate III as a Fitter & Turner or similar
- Current WA HR Driver’s License
- Open and clear communication within a team environment
- Specialist Marine Fleet equipment experience is desirable
- **You must be an Australian Citizen and able to maintain a Defence Security Clearance**
