While core of the company is derivatives market making, we have expanded into other strategies across various asset classes building a varied firm. **The Role**

**Key Responsibilities**:

- Produce market analysis, keeping the desk aware of market sensitive news
- Suggest trades and spreading opportunities to the desk that you notice on the screen and in the broker market
- Support the Traders on your assigned desk
- Accurately input trades
- Pass on all information accurately from brokers

**Person Specification**:

- 1-2 years prior experience in Trading is desirable
- Holds a tertiary degree in Finance, Maths, Engineering, Science, Commerce or Economics
- Ability to code in Python is preferable
- Excellent quantitative modelling is desirable but not essential
- Excellent analytical skills
- Statistically minded with effective problem solving skills
- Ability to work under pressure in a fast paced environment
- Interest in trading and how the markets operate
- The ability to multitask and effectively distribute attention to competing priorities
- Excellent communication skills
- Humility
