P&C Advisor

**THE ROLE**

Nutrition Warehouse is looking for a passionate People and Culture Advisor to support our team of 450+ employees nationally. This role will partner with our business leaders to provide coaching and support across the employee life cycle, whilst also supporting to achieve the team’s strategic objectives through delivery of P&C projects and initiatives.

This is an excellent opportunity for a HR Generalist looking to grow as a valued strategic partner within a national company.

Key responsibilities include:

- Providing coaching, advice and support to leaders on ER and IR matters
- Partnering with leaders to support the engagement, growth and development of their teams
- Working closely with the People and Culture Manager to deliver projects and initiatives that support the team’s strategic objectives
- Being the primary point of contact for all people related enquiries
- Producing monthly P&C Metrics reports for Senior Leadership Team
- Ensuring new starters are set up for success by coordinating a seamless induction process
- Working closely with Safety department to support RTW management

**ABOUT YOU**

We are looking for someone who is relationship focused and passionate about creating great outcomes through our people.
- Minimum 3 years experience in a HR Generalist role
- Bachelor of Human Resources or equivalent
- Ability to build strong relationships with stakeholders across all levels of the business
- Excellent communication skills with the ability to coach and influence leaders
- Strong time management and prioritisation skills
- Working knowledge of ER/IR legislation and experience conducting investigations
