**The opportunity**:
An exciting opportunity to join our Marketing Team in our Head Office in Collingwood working cross functionally with the People & Growth, Executive Search, Early Childhood and Schools divisions to help bring their video content briefs to life. In this Videographer position, you will be responsible for creating short and long video content ranging from shareable social content, reels, through to high quality long form pieces.

The
**Videographer** will be creative yet organised and well versed in developing efficient video production systems to improve speed of delivery. You will thrive in a fast-changing, and collaborative environment where people are passionate, curious, and values driven.

This is a 3 day a week role.

**Key duties and responsibilities include**:

- Produce, ideate, and create highly engaging video content
- Creating and managing project timelines from brief to delivery, including shoot and post schedules
- Own and manage the video production pipeline, pre
- and post-production, including storyboard creation, video shoot, reviewing footage, audio processing, colour correction/grading, export formats and improvements
- Manage and oversee all technical aspects of video recording and editing
- Assembling and organise raw footage, ensuring files are backed-up
- Engage and collaborate with the wider production and marketing team
- Be creative and have confidence to propose new ideas to improve and elevate our video content output and production processes
- This role is not limited to the above tasks and responsibilities, and you may be required to perform tasks which are outside the scope of your role

**To be successful in this role you will have**:
**_Essential_**
- 2+ years' experience in video producing and editing, working on professional-quality scripted and unscripted video content
- Strong storytelling skills with a track record of creating engaging video content
- You should have experience with a variety of video production equipment, including cameras, lighting, and editing software,
- Exceptional organisational and project management skills with a high attention to detail
- Experienced filming knowledge
- Outstanding communication skills
- A strong team player with an agile mindset
