Good Ways in Alexandria and Redfern on Gadigal Country has a big opportunity available to join the team as a barista in a dynamic, successful young business.

Good Ways is an Australian bakery, sandwich shop and cafe. It seeks to acknowledge and pay respect to our First Nations Peoples and their culture, and to foster this same respect in others. Good Ways is focused on building community by providing a quality product with friendly service. We make and bake as much as we can in store and are open 7 days a week from 7am-3pm weekdays and 8am-2pm weekends. We are seeking a barista with at least two year of previous experience in a similar role. We have full and part time positions available. Salary based on experience.

**Responsibilities**:

- Making and serving Market Lane Coffee to a consistent high standard at all times
- Provide exceptional hospitality to all customers and build rapport with them
- Uphold the standard of service and hospitality GWD is built around
- Dial in coffees on a daily basis along with new single origin coffees for batch brew when required
- Daily cleaning of all coffee equipment
- Weekly rotation of coffee stock

Skills and Experience:

- Good organisational skills
- Ability to communicate
- Latte art
- Ability to dial in coffee efficiently and accurately

**Job Types**: Full-time, Part-time, Casual

Pay: $32.50 - $40.00 per hour
