Head Barista

Our Redfern based cafe is seeking an experienced barista to join our friendly and fun team.

We are looking for a friendly and welcoming person with some extremely serious barista skills.

About you:
Enjoy working as part of a team

At least 2 years barista experience serving at least 50 kg of coffee a week.

You love coffee and people

Honest and reliable

You will be working with a La Marzocco 3 group & Puqpress.

Shifts
- 5 days over the week 6am-12noon weekdays 7-1pm weekends, must be available to work at least 1 weekend day

**Salary**: $21.00 - $35.00 per hour

Schedule:

- Morning shift
- Weekend availability

Supplementary Pay:

- Performance bonus

**Experience**:

- Barista: 1 year (required)
- Customer service: 1 year (preferred)
- Food handling: 1 year (preferred)
