**You will be required to**:

- Lead the gym floor with a focus on boxing techniques and functional training.
- Motivate and inspire members, providing guidance on technique and form.
- Create a supportive and inclusive environment for all participants.

**About You**:
To be successful in this role you must be able to demonstrate the following:

- Hold a Cert III in Fitness (Cert IV a bonus), First Aid certificates.
- Have boxing/pad work experience
- Functional strength training knowledge and skills and be able to teach others effectively.
- Experience in instructing group fitness classes valued but not essential.
- Have an energetic, positive attitude and enjoy working in a fast-paced environment.
- Be driven by excellence & a customer service mentality.
- Enjoy working with people and building meaningful relationships

**Job Types**: Subcontract, Casual

**Salary**: $35.00 - $40.00 per hour

Expected hours: 5 - 15 per week
