**Hiring Aged Care, Personal Care Workers (PCW) and Domestic Assistants (DA) for multiple locations and employers in Queensland**

As part of a federal government initiative to increase work force participation in the Home Aged Care sector, we are supporting Home Care services across Queensland with their recruitment needs.

Personal Care Workers ( P C W ) and Domestic Assistants ( D A ) provide support to individuals to continue their independent living and support services and activities that are focused on their well-being, independence, interests & choices.

**Overview of the role**

As a care assistant and personal care worker your tasks will include providing care duties in line with an individual’s personalised care plans to support their continued independence in their homes. This includes attending an individual’s personal care needs and other daily activities such as cleaning, domestic duties, driving, and social support, etc.

**Individual attributes**:
Great attributes for this role will be warm and caring nature, and the willingness to go the extra step to support somebody’s health and well-being. You’ll also be required to be flexible in order to meet varied roster requirements. Life experience caring for others, and experience in performing housework and cooking experience are also beneficial.

**Job Types**: Full-time, Part-time, Permanent, Fixed term, Casual, Temp to perm, Contract

**Salary**: $25.00 - $35.00 per hour
