An exciting and rewarding Full Time opportunity has arisen for an experienced Housekeeping Manager to join our local leading resort and brand at NRMA Treasure Island Holiday Resort NRMA Treasure Island Holiday Resort is an award-winning Holiday Resort centrally located on the Gold Coast. We pride ourselves on excellent service and ensuring our guests have a memorable holiday experience.

**The Role**:
Our housekeeping team ensures the highest possible standard and presentation of accommodation options inside and outside, within the most efficient time. You will assist in providing managerial oversight and daily coordination to housekeeping duties, task allocation and team rosters. You will ensure effective communication and liaison with other departments and Resort Management, to guarantee a smooth operation.

**Our boxes to tick**:

- Previous Housekeeping experience and supervisory oversight to employees preferred - resort or hotel experience will be highly regarded.
- Ensure a positive guest experience by maintaining high standards in you work, appearance and conduct.
- Outstanding customer service skills and be friendly and welcoming
- A suitable level of fitness with a flexible approach to workloads and a can do attitude.
