**About the role**:
Working at Sea World Resort, Australia’s only theme park accommodation provider, you will support the Housekeeping Manager to manage, coordinate and ensure the smooth running of all housekeeping services. You will be a team player who is passionate about guest satisfaction and ensuring a memorable stay for everyone

**Duties**:

- Delegate cleaning of rooms
- Check rooms and conduct regular inspections of public areas
- Maintain supplies and laundry
- Roster effectively and on a daily basis
- Implement training and follow up progressions
- Maintain accurate lost property records
- Liaise with all departments to ensure smooth operation and superior guest service
- Manage and coordinate the Housekeeping team including but not limited to, team meetings, resource planning, recruitment, and performance reviews.

**Skills and Experience**:

- Previous experience in a similar role within a busy hotel is essential
- High level of attention to detail and excellent organisational skills
- Be physically fit, physical requirements include but are not limited to: carrying, lifting, bending, pushing, pulling, standing and twisting
- A high level of personal presentation, with excellent guest service skills
- Proven track record in people management and development
- Immunization for Hepatitis A&B is recommended
- Must be available to work on any day including weekends and school holidays
