Our client is a National client and have grown to be one of the largest forklift and transport companies in Australia. Due to an internal promotion they are current seeking a Rental Coordinator to join their growing team with opportunities for career advancement.

**As the Rental Coordinator you are the first point of contact for Customers wanting to hire equipment so you will develop a rapport and strong customer relations with the customers in a professional and friendly manner.**

**Key duties**:

- Responsible for answering all customer enquiries in a timely manner
- Maintaining and monitoring correct locations and details of all rental equipment
- Ensure customers receive the correct invoices and processing of invoices in a timely manner
- Preparation of quotes and hire proposals for customers
- Ensure timely delivery and pick up of machines in conjunction with transport companies.
- Other duties as directed by the National Rental Manager

**To be successful**:

- **Ideally from a Rental/Transport background with a mechanical aptitude.**:

- **Excellent customer service skills and can deal with people at all levels**:

- **Sound verbal and written communication skills**:

- **Are a solution finder with a can do attitude**:

- **Proficient with MS Office Suite**:

- **Highly organised and a multitasker**
