What will you do?

Responsible for warranty customer service management
- Liaise with customers and service agents
- Diagnose product faults and drive collaboration with our product team for the best resolution
- Be engaged in ongoing product training
- Improve, streamline and adapt workflow processes
- Report data and complete analysis to assist with measuring product-related issues and inquiries

Spare part stock and sales management
- Facilitate all spare parts inquiries and sales
- Assist with online (eCommerce) product sales enquiries, transactions and fulfilment
- Report on spare part sales and SOH requirements to aid replenishment process

Management of a small warehouse
- Be responsible for warehouse supplies/packaging materials
- Manage spare part inventory (receive, allocate and dispatch spare parts)

Who are you?
- Have the ability to think on your feet to find the best solution to ensure customer expectations are exceeded (build raving fans)
- Posses engaging communication skills
- Have the capacity to learn, understand and build competencies around technical aspects of product support (there will be ongoing product training)
- Present effective time management and organisational skills
- Proficient in Word and Excel
- Work well autonomously as well as in a team - build strong relationships internally and externally
- Experience in administration skills
- Able to multi-task, and be proactive with a ‘can-do’ attitude
