FinXL has a requirement for a **Test and Evaluation Practitioner **who have, as a minimum, skills in the range of the SFIA TEST Level 3 Framework in Canberra.

Become involved in the design and selection of testing approaches;
Support collaboration across parties involved in systems development to enable comprehensive test coverage, and implement test plans and conditions;
Identify improvements leading to more effective T&E outcomes;
Analyse and report on test activities, results, issues and risks;
Contribute to requirement design and specification reviews;
Analyse and report on test activities, results, issues and risks.

**The Test and Evaluation manager will have**:
Experience in implementing Test Cases/Scripts/Materials and using them to evaluate reliability, efficiency, usability, maintainability against specifications.

Experience with creating traceability records, from test cases back to requirements, and supporting a defect register

Experience with working on a large-scale ERP such as SAP or Oracle

Good communication and negotiation skills, including technical feedback

The ability to work within and contribute to a small team

The ability to think laterally and take the initiative to drive activities to completion
