As a Corporate Receptionist**, **you will play a key role in supporting the operational team on the account to deliver services that provide leading edge facilities and workplace services. You will be a vital member of the team connecting internal and external stakeholders together and support engagement.

**Key responsibilities**
- Support Client/Stakeholders by providing superior customer service to meet both internal and external client expectations.
- Be the first point of contact and greet visitors to the office and assist with notifying their host.
- Assist in the management of contractors onsite & offsite to ensure they perform to the required standards
- Assist in the procurement of vendors and services as required.
- Coordinate booking of meeting/ training rooms & Assist with catering orders when required.
- Monitor consumable stock levels and order when required (stationery, groceries, etc.)
- Ensure cleanliness on site by performing regular inspections and giving direction to the onsite cleaning staff.
- Assist in the property risk management program.

**Key requirements**
- Experience in property management, hospitality, hotel management or high-end corporate concierge.
- Strong administrative, communication and problem-solving skills, a proven experience with continuous improvement initiatives and client reporting.
- Must present a professional and friendly corporate image to clients.
- Have the ability to stay calm when presented with multiple priorities.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
- Proven ability to manage multiple and complex operational matters on a daily basis.
- Ability to prioritize and manage tasks in an efficient and timely manner.
