Tasks include:

- Use personal initiative to source, build and maintain relationships with prospective sellers or buyers of property
- Door knocking, cold calling & other prospecting activities.
- Support the Sales Agent with administrative duties
- Conduct external meetings, inspections, and support auction activities
- Arrange advertising, liaise with stakeholders and assist with negotiations with selling a property

**Requirements**:

- Certificate of registration preferred
- Valid Driver's license and a reliable car
- Willing to work hard, have fun, and be rewarded for doing so
- Work autonomously but also work well in a team environment
- Impeccable presentation
- Passionate about the real estate industry
- Be highly organized and punctual

**Job Types**: Full-time, Permanent

**Salary**: $35,000.00 - $52,000.00 per year
