**Job description**

**Receptionist / Dental Assistant needed**

Casual Dental Assistant / Receptionist

- About the Dental Assistant role**_
- _Fluent in English_
- Maintain and ensure a high level of service as well as continuous improvements in standards
- chair-side assistance for various treatments
- Perform sterilization and infection control, maintain surgery hygiene.
- Simple laboratory tasks, such as pouring up models and produce whitening trays
- Patient greeting
- Assist simple administrative task when necessary
- **About you-**_
- Fluent in English is a must. A second language would be a benefit.
- At least 1-years receptionist experience in dental practice **is a must.**
- Enthusiastic, self-motivated, and willing to learn attitudes
- Fast learner
- Excellent communication and customer service skills
- Ability to multi-task and work well within a team
- Ability to work independently as well as being a team player
- Experience in Dental 4 Window or Oasis but not essential.

**Duties**:

- Providing chair-side assistance (e.g. handing equipment to dentists, spraying and suction)
- Taking records, impressions, or x-rays
- Assisting with administrative tasks as needed (e.g. billing, maintaining patient records)
- Routinely maintaining and sterilising equipment
- Assisting with front office tasks as needed (e.g. reception)

Work Remotely:

- No

Pay: $25.00 - $30.00 per hour

Schedule:

- 8 hour shift
- Afternoon shift
- Day shift
